"Shipping took longer than I thought"
So, yeah, the order did finally show up, but it came way later than I was expecting. I mean, I wasn’t in a huge rush or anything, but the waiting was kind of frustrating

"Just not what I was hoping for"
I usually really like mac nuts, so I was kind of excited for these, but they didn’t quite hit for me. Something about the taste just seemed a little off, like they weren’t as fresh as I expected. A few pieces felt oily too, and the seasoning was a bit heavier than I personally like. Maybe I was expecting more because of the price, but I thought the quality would be better. They’re not awful or anything, I just probably wouldn’t buy them again

"Checkout was frustrating"
I tried placing an order on the site, but checkout kept acting kind of glitchy. The pages were loading really slowly, and at one point I couldn’t tell if my order had gone through or not. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it was frustrating and not something I’d want to deal with again.

"Freshness just felt a little off"
I mean, the shipping was totally fine and everything arrived okay, but the nuts themselves just didn’t really taste as fresh as I was expecting. Like, some of the pieces were kind of soft, and the flavor was flat, honestly. For the price, I guess I just thought they’d taste a lot fresher, so that part was a bit disappointing

"Good products, but the service really put me off"
I actually like the products, which is why the customer service was so frustrating. I had an issue with my order and emailed them, but it took several days just to get a response. When they finally replied, the answer didn’t really solve anything, so I had to reach out again. Maybe it wasn’t a complete disaster, but it felt slow, careless, and kind of annoying. It definitely left a bad impression

"Okay taste, but not very gift-y"
I picked this up as a small gift, but the packaging felt plain 😕. The taste was totally fine, nothing wrong there, but for the price it just didn’t really feel special enough to give as a gift...

"Something felt off with the flavor"
I expected this to taste way better, but the flavor was kind of flat. Not terrible, just weirdly underwhelming, like they changed the recipe and hoped nobody would notice. I’m not saying there’s a whole flavor cover-up happening here… but I do have questions

"Packaging was kinda rough"
My box showed up crushed, and there were loose nuts all over inside the bags. For what I paid, I expected it to be packed better. Prob won’t order again unless they fix the packaging issue.

"Good nuts, but not sure they’re worth the price"
I have kind of mixed feelings about these. The nuts taste good and I didn’t dislike them at all, but for the amount you get, the price feels a bit steep. I was expecting a little more for what I paid, so while I’d enjoy eating them again, I’m not sure I’d rush to buy them at this price.

"Used to have way more available"
I went on maunaloa.com to grab a few things, but almost everything I was looking for was out of stock. It was frustrating clicking around and realizing item after item wasn’t available. I feel like it used to be better and easier to actually find what I wanted there. If so much is out of stock, it kind of defeats the purpose of shopping on the site. I’ll probably check somewhere else next time.

The nuts themselves are fine, nothing terrible, but the flavor options are limited. I was hoping for more variety and something fun to try, but this little “flavor festival” turned out to be more like the bland squad. Kinda disappointing.
